Account Setting

You can reset your Algodocs password in two ways:

• Forgot Password — use the Forgot Password? link on the login page to receive a reset email.
• Change Password — if you’re signed in, click your username (top-right) → Change Password and set a new one. (Image)

The account owner profile is used across integrations (e.g., Zapier) to identify your account. Update it anytime from My Account → Account Info. (Image)

Algodocs supports multiple users per account. Manage users via your username (top-right) → Users to add, edit, disable/enable, or remove users.

• When you add a user, a password is sent to the email you enter—use a valid address.
• Users can change their passwords later.
• No hard limit on user count; usage quota is shared at the account level (pages processed), not per-user.

You control how long Algodocs keeps your data. The default retention is 30 days, and you can change it anytime in Settings (username top-right → Settings). (Image)

Choose how dates appear in the app UI from your account Settings under Display Date Format. This affects only on-screen dates in your account (it does not change the date formats extracted from documents). (Image)

Your timezone is auto-detected at sign-up, and you can change it in Settings → Time Zone. This controls account-level dates (e.g., upload timestamps) and does not affect dates extracted from documents. (Image)
