How does Algodocs charge for the documents it processes?
Algodocs charges only for the pages actually processed. If you extract data from one page of a 100-page PDF, only one credit is used.
How are credits reset in an annual subscription?
Annual plans provide full credits upfront for the year. You can use them anytime within the 12-month period.
Can Algodocs create extractors and set everything up for me?
Yes! Our team can create custom extractors and configure everything for your specific document types.
What languages are supported by Algodocs’ data extraction engine?
Algodocs supports over 200 languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, and Arabic.
Is there any limit on the size of a document?
No strict size limit. Algodocs can handle large scanned or text-based documents using smart preprocessing.
Is there any limit on the number of pages in a single document?
No. You can process files with hundreds or thousands of pages. Each processed page counts as one credit.
Do you offer an on-premise installation?
Yes. Algodocs offers on-premise or private cloud installations for enterprise clients. Contact us for details.
Is Algodocs GDPR compliant?
Yes, Algodocs is fully GDPR compliant and ISO 27001/9001 certified for maximum data protection.
Are remaining credits transferred to the next billing cycle?
No. Credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. Choose a plan that best fits your monthly/yearly volume.
Are my credits used for operations like splitting a document?
No. Credits are only consumed for page-level extraction. Splitting, uploading, or viewing doesn’t use credits.
What file types are accepted?
Supported formats include PDF, JPG, PNG, and TIFF. OCR is automatically applied where needed.
How long does Algodocs take to process a document?
Text PDFs take ~2 seconds/page. Scanned images with OCR may take up to ~20 seconds/page.
